We wish to inform our members that their board members participated in a course given through edX in conjunction with MIT, known as the U.Lab.  

U.Lab was developed at MIT by Otto Scharmer, who has been working with the model for over 25 years, around the world, helping corporations, governments, non-governmental organizations make successful changes.

He says,

"We live in a time of disruptive change, one that requires a new collective leadership capacity. In this groundbreaking course, we invite you on a journey to see the world in new ways and practice a method that allows leaders, entire organizations, and larger social systems to connect with and actualize their highest future possibility."

It was a powerful course, very well organized, mind-bending and heart-opening.   We continue to learn to incorporate this model to help us grow our love for homeopathy in practical and useful ways.
